Here’s a step by step run through of the journey we take you through. We’ll guide you through every step of the process, from the initial site visit, through to the final sale
Step 1
Feasibility
We will carry out an initial site visit to assess the feasibility of your plot. We will collect information about the local area and look at local planning guidelines and planning archives to check the viability of the site. From this we put an appraisal together which is sent across to our specialist team of planning consultants and architects. We will use the information they come back with to make you an offer.
Step 2
The legal part
If you are happy with our offer, we will instruct solicitors and arrange for an option agreement to be put together, which will outline the terms we have agreed upon. We will give you plenty of time to go through this with your solicitor and ensure you are happy with everything before we take this any further.
Step 3
Proceeding to planning
Our team will put together a planning application and submit it. We will provide you with regular updates throughout this process so you are always in the loop about what is happening.
Step 4
Final stage
While the planning application is in process, we will have already been in discussions with our extensive network of developers. We aim to have a buyer lined up to purchase the land once planning has been successfully granted, so we can complete the purchase of the land simultaneously with the onward sale of the land. We like to keep this process as efficient and stress free as possible!
